No response of course
I had my profile set to hidden and hadn’t filled out much along with uploading one photo. All of a sudden I get bombarded with sleezy messages. I was really put off by it and contacted customer service for a refund and to de-activate my account. No response of course. I’ll stick with eharmony, they have a better reputation and only matches can contact you along with having settings that work correctly.

Don't fall for this dating site
Don’t fall for this dating site . It is a scam. Registration fee was paid by me followed by no service.Their customer service doesn’t exist and no refund results. To determine, look at the profiles and almost all profiles are similar. Chat with more people and conversations are similar.Same questions are repeated which makes our time waste and purchasing coins. Don’t waste your time like I and many others did!

Not the type of dating site for me
Not the type of dating site for me. The one person I was interested in wasn’t even on this site. No one came close to what I was looking for. I signed up for one month and they kept me on and charged me for another month. Scam like service to me when they do that. They just go ahead and take your money without your consent if you do not unsubscribe. That’s where they get you!!!!

Terrible customer service
Don’t waste your money! Terrible customer service or should I say impossible to reach customer service. This site is a scam. I probably get 8 scam messages a day. Same message with different photos. Most popular scam is “my friend saw you on this site. She’s in the military. She wants your email and phone #.” I’ve tried to contact customer service but have never been able to get anyone.

This site is a complete rip off and there was absolutely nothing special about the platform or the matches. Many employ profiles, was unable to control the distance (minimum is 50 miles!). Customer service refused to address my concerns and instead just kept sending me useless advice, such as I should ask matches to upload photos! I don’t think so.

In two months about 80% of my contacts were scammers. I wrote emails to admin – no reply and reactions. It was difficult to find how to complain, how to contact them in that matter.

It’s just money down
Avoid! I have been blocked for no reason, I have not messaged anybody for months, all of a sudden blocked for breaking guidelines even though I’ve not messaged anybody Emailed 5 times no response, no number to call, these app companies seem to be able to take your money and block you. I can’t discuss with anybody I can’t do anything it’s just money down the drain.

Fraud
Profiles that did not fall within the parameters I had set were constantly sent. That is, they sent older and younger profiles of my age group; profiles that have lived longer than the distance parameter; profiles that were not at all consistent with the physical properties that interested me. A complete waste of time and money.

Was a little disappointed
Good site… Was a little disappointed when I went on to read the conversation that I initially had with my now boyfriend (I was going to copy it and make a photo album for him for Christmas) and it had been deleted… Not by me tho:’-(… That was something special to us… This site got us connected and we wanted those memories

The app is terrible
From 120 carefully crafted personal messages I had two actual (not automated) responses. There are a lot of inactive members on this site. There is also a culture of misandry among certain female members. The app is terrible, with disappearing, late or duplicated messages, and late or meaningless notifications. A waste of time and money, there are definitely better dating apps and websites out there.
